I'm Júnior Mira, a Brazilian photographer born and raised in São Paulo, living at the moment in Lisbon.
In the last five years, I've been working with fashion and editorial photography, developing a visual language that mixes portrayal, fashion direction and a sensitive visual narrative.
If you ask me, photography is a mix of the vibrant energy of São Paulo, with the textures, the lights and the European pace of life. The mix of different cultural and visual references broadens my perception of people, places and stories. I'm always looking for every detail, from the ambience to the small details that make every picture unique.
During the years of 2024 and 2025, I've had the opportunity to document two editions of Lisbon Fashion Week as a photographer. Worked with multiple brands and creators in the runways, the backstage and in the surrounding visual culture of the environment. This experience awakened even more my excitement towards fashion photography editorials, being that each project is a new opportunity to tell a tale through form, composition and aesthetic.
My portfolio includes editorial projects, partnerships with brands and personal projects, constantly exploring the visual conversation that values context, movement and people. The images that I create aim to express feelings and looks that are not just captured, but that narrate experiences.
